Surface preparation:
Clean all dirt and grease from the surface to be painted. Remove any rust from metal surfaces. Plastic surfaces should be treated with a suitable primer. Fill and rub down uneven surfaces. The area to be sprayed must be carefully and thoroughly masked. On large bodywork parts it is recommended that folds and edges are masked.

Painting:
Carefully read and note the instructions on the can before using! Shake the can well for 3 minutes before using. Spray from a distance of 20 - 30 cm. Ensure that the surface is dry. Spray several thin coats, allowing each coat 3 - 5 minutes to dry between applications.
DUPLI-COLOR Structure Effect can be painted over with any DUPLI-COLOR surface paints. Depending on the coating thickness there will be some reduction in the surface finish effect.
